Fans were treated to entertaining football as teams from Group A Kwale and Group A Mombasa launched their campaigns in pursuit of glory.

Kwale: Champions Held as Mshale FC Impress

On Saturday in Kwale, defending champions Denmak FC faced Green Boys FC from Mwananyamala in Lungalunga Sub County. In a match filled with tactical discipline and strong defending, both sides settled for a goalless draw, sharing the spoils in their opening encounter.

Sunday brought fireworks in a heated Matuga Sub County derby, where Mshale FC, under the guidance of Coach Ali Mwachaunga, dominated Kundutsi FC from Tsimba with a convincing 2-0 victory.
