Inter Dabaso End Matano Mane’s Unbeaten Run
At Dabaso Primary Grounds, Inter Dabaso handed Matano Mane Youth their first league defeat of the season in a fiercely contested Kilifi derby.
Kombe Baraka opened the scoring early, finding the back of the net in the 14th minute to give the hosts a deserved lead. The match went into halftime with Inter Dabaso narrowly ahead in what was already shaping up to be a tense encounter.
In the second half, Daniel Mitsanze sealed the victory in the 83rd minute, sending the Dabaso faithful into celebration. The intensity of the derby was evident late on when Piri Kai of Matano Mane Youth was shown a red card in the 88th minute.
The 2-0 result brought an end to Matano Mane’s impressive nine-match unbeaten run and marked a statement victory for Inter Dabaso.
Kwale Derby Ends in Stalemate
At Nyumba Sita Stadium, a heated Kwale derby saw RWAFA FC and Denmak FC battle to a goalless 0-0 draw.
Despite several promising chances from both sides, neither team could break the deadlock in a tightly fought encounter.
Ziwani Finally Break Their Duck
In Mombasa, Ziwani Youth registered their first win of the season after 11 matches, edging Mombasa All Stars 1-0 in another local derby.
It was a long-awaited victory for Ziwani Youth, who have struggled for consistency this campaign but showed resilience to secure all three points.
Elsewhere, Goodhope Soccer Academy were held to a 0-0 draw by Sparki Youth, while M'bungoni United from Rabai secured a convincing 2-0 home win over Beach Bay at Pangani Grounds.
Yanga Extend Lead at the Top
League leaders Yanga FC continued their fine form in a Malindi Alaskan derby, claiming a narrow 1-0 victory over Kisumu Ndogo United.
Top scorer Sadam Salim was once again the hero, netting the decisive goal to take his tally to 10 goals this season and secure maximum points for Yanga.

Yanga FC remain firmly at the top of the table with 30 points.
Goodhope Soccer Academy sit second with 23 points, followed closely by RWAFA FC in third place with 22 points.
Matano Mane Youth now occupy fourth position with 21 points after their first defeat of the campaign.
